Sonny's Boxing Gym

I am fitter, stronger, and losing weight safely on practical eating plans! These guys sat with me nearly for an hour, evaluated my personal plan and created affordable package which holds me responsible to improve my health.

I went to my first womens fitness class tonite and couldn't have had a better experience. All the ladies in the class were a delight and Sonny put us through a great workout. The classes rotate each session from upper body, abs and legs. I had previously worked out at orange theory, but the classes just became a little bit too expensive for my budget. Sonnys offers an unlimited access membership for $60 a month, which includes use open gym and the fitness classes which is perfect for me. The gym was very clean and has a great layout, it was a very motivating workout environment. I also like the fact that the evening class that I attended consisted of only women, and there was no one else in the gym. It made it very easy to focus on my workout. So happy that I found this gem.

I've been going to Sonny's for quite some time now. Best boxing gym I've ever been to. Sonny is very committed to creating a healthy community. If you're willing to put the time in at Sonny's on a regular basis you will see results!

I just wanted to share my experience. Not only do I meet with Sonny 3x a week for training, my child also takes boxing lessons. From day one I was impressed not only by his professionalism, but by his passion for physical fitness. He is motivating, and knowledgeable. This gym is always buzzing with that “family feel”! If you are looking for encouragement from a talented trainer and coach, with a fun atmosphere where everyone is welcome this is your place!!

Great gym, great staff, great people in and out. Everyone is polite and the gym itself is inviting. I feel great working out here. Even the open gym is tough, but I feel like I accomplish something every day. If you don't know how to use equipment, or just simply want advice, just ask and the staff will help. I look forward to what the future has in store for me at Sonny's.

If I could give this gym a 0 I would. Seems like they find a way to delete negative reviews..... I trained with Sonny and he was never attentive. Was always on his phone and would leave and forget about me.... Not very professional and sort …

Amazing gym and staff. Been coming here since September and I thought my fitnes level was on point until I did 1 on 1 training with sonny and he kicks my ass every session . Love the sweat and every workout is different. I would definitely reccemond anyone who is thinking about getting in shape to give it a try. Prices are very fair compared to other boxing gyms I checked out and they have definitely earned a long time customer.

My first day back to his new gym since 2006 and it feels good to be back home. I tried other gyms and seen no progress to my weight loss, at Sony's Boxing Gym the moment I enter the staff is great, if you need direction on any work out all you have to do is ask. I see the negative review and all i can say to that is maybe you were not asking for guidance, where you dedicated and giving it your best and how many days you go out of the week? I was one of Sonny's armature boxer at 178lbs and once he seen that I invested my time and got in shape he knew the next step for me and started giving me more attention. Bottom line all you have to do is ask, speak up people no need to go sour and negative. Currently at 325 lbs and i will show my progress once I get to 200 lbs THE BEST GYM IN THE VALLEY OF THE SUN SONNY'S GYM!!!

This is a terrific gym. The people are terrific as well. The environment is beautiful, clean as a whistle and motivating. The staff is tops. I have been coming here for almost a year and learned more than I could imagine. I have also gotten into the best shape of my life. My wife and son are now also attending and loving it. I highly recommend this gym.
