All the good reviews are from people who haven't needed to cancel their membership yet. I am revising my review because I am out of state and I needed to cancel my membership. I was advised I could do it via mail, what a lie that was. It has been an absolute nightmare going on three months now trying to cancel my membership. I have written three letters and have made countless phone calls and it still isn't cancelled. I even had an employee give me a wrong address for mailing and it was returned to me before finally getting the right address but those were ignored as well. I then received a phone number to call and have left voice mails but they too have gone unanswered (surprise surprise). Title knows I am out of state (I told them I needed to send a letter since I was out of state) and therefore they are taking advantage of this and refusing to cancel my account. I will continue to post negative reviews on all sites until this is resolved.

I’ve enjoyed 3 years at Title! It’s given me strength both body and mind. I’ve met some pretty awesome people there and I’m pretty proud of myself for being able to do this intense work out. At 60 years old, I hope it keeps me strong!

This place is amazing. The staff here is always welcoming and are there to truly help. Every time I walk in, I get a hello...and every time I walk out, I get a farewell. Having amazing people around you is the only way to achieve your goals and this place does exactly that.

TITLE Boxing Club provides a phenomenal workout. All of the trainers are motivational and actively empower you to workout at your highest potential each and every workout. I did not anticipate that after having four kids, battling cancer and multiple abdominal surgeries I would be able to workout at this level. The club is really for everyone and all abilities. The trainers provide modifications for all of the exercises as well as enhancements for those that want to push themselves further. The club environment is very friendly and welcoming. We have a family membership and it is a great way to spend time as a family getting a workout together. I highly recommend TITLE Boxing Club.

This place is great. The trainers care and they push you to do your best and be your best. This place is amazing.

I will never EVER recommend this place to anyone. They owner Michele is extremely rude and cares more about the money than her customers well being. I couldn't get my medication or go to school for almost a year because she refused to cancel my membership because they scammed me into a different plan. Horrible customer service skills and manners. I was completely appauled by the actions of this vile women. I would never go here again!!!

Me, my mom, and my little sister LOVE the staff and trainers. You don't have to be perfect you just have to work hard!!!! I hate it and love it all at the sametime. I feel so awesome afterwards! It hurts so good!!!!!

I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for an amazing work out!The trainers/staff are amazing, they help motivate and push you further each class and you get to have fun in the process :-)
