Friendly staff. Well maintained pool. VERY clean facility—staff are seen actively cleaning throughout the facility every time we visit, no matter the time or day.

I suffer from social anxiety and struggle being in crowds. Working out helps my mind process though faster as I'm on a tred mill. The machines are clean and up to date.

It's an open spaced place with free wieghts and machines, a seperate room for exercising alone if wanted, a place for kids, a steam room and sauna with a pool and jacuzzi. Good clean place to work out and work out frustration so check it out

I needed to exercise before a hernia surgery on March 14, 2021. I walKed into In-Shape to begin my fitness goal. After my hernia surgery, I , begin my fitness goal. I returned to see my doctor. Five weeks later my hernia surgery healed great . My doctor couldn’t believe how fast I recovered. I returned to Inshape to followed up on my fitness goal and helped me lose 50lbs jogging on the treat meal, practicing soccer skills inside a racket room. It’s now enjoyable, an addiction for me to exercise everyday. Inshape and a swimming pool is a great way to make new friends, and stay healthy.

Trainer talk me into buying personal training sessions. I didn’t use them all up and the Trainer said I wouldn’t lose them and a year later i dont have any left. I call the main office and they said i lost them since I didn’t use them and i dont get any money back and they wont give we a copy of the contract so dont go here there all about the money not for there Customer. Beware DONT GO HERE0 Stars
