I Love this place!. The overall space they have there.. different sections of equipment and all the variety of weights.. and machines. The pool and upstairs and Yoga rooms.. love em !! I would recommend ANYONE to just go there.. the staff is A+

I would of given it 5 stars, but for the past 3 weeks I been addressing the issue about the speakers. I love taking zumba here, but lately the speaker issue is so bad the quality sound I would of thought with me addressing it so many times they would of had someone checked it out.

Was not told that I needed to cancel my membership in person. Was in town for family matters for the month and they are now stating I need to drive from out of town to just cancel my membership. Not transparent whatsoever and when I called I received a rather snappy attitude from the associates. Would avoid if your looking for a real gym.

This location is larger than the Oswell location and much fewer people! Too many kids in the pool at the Oswell location (I wouldn't trust the water) I like the setup as far as treadmills, weight machines, free weights etc goes. Just wish the steam room got more steam and this gym was open 24 hours. Overall, a great gym!

I was pretty annoyed. I showed up to the club about 9:15pm was planning on showering and going in sauna by 10:15pm and out of there by 10:30pm. Locker room was closed at 10. I had to barge in to get my bag out of the locker. All while getting dirty looks from the staff. They started announcing at 9:45pm that the gym will be closing at 11. Everything felt rushed. I don’t understand why White Lane can figure out how to close on time and do all the other closing duties on time without interrupting my flow, but members on California have to figure out how to navigate all that. This is like my third complaint at this location. When are they going to get a new manager man? Hate driving so far but White Lane and Coffee Road seem to have figured it out.
