The staff is amazing they really take the time to Know You by name I think that's amazing for the amount of people that go into those places on top of that they are so friendly and the place is very clean and all at a reasonable price

Hello, I have been a membership at In-Shape for 5 years , I have stayed there because of the great customer service and over all experience, but today on 07/06/2020 I had a very bad experience with one of the employees, due to covid 19 I took off my mask to get a grasp of air and jay from In-Shape on California Ave in Bakersfield ca was very disrespectful he called me into his office and humiliated me like if I was a child he asked me to sit up straight and demanding things just because he was manager , to the point where I felt so uncomfortable I had to cancel my membership, he was African American and I feel like he was being racial towards me.
