I loved this gym but the area is not as safe as it was before. My purse was stolen from inside the gym locker even while it was locked and that member continues to go to the gym. I decided to let go of my membership early and the gym refused to waive my fees. I’m upset because I will be charged 20 days after the new billing cycle even though I won’t be going anymore, this should be waived for the trouble and money I had to spend to replace my losses.

You stayed open when other shut down. Excellent. That is why I joined this club. Obviously, innovation is practiced here. And a nice staff to boot.

Joined this gym for only reason as they offer sauna n all for reasonable price along with friends but when we popped with one of my friends as he was planning to switch here but lady at the front desk claiming assistant manager dint let him in n talked very rudely don’t know how to talk with customer , very pathetic behavior she has showed , dint expect this kind of attitude from someone who is the front face of such reputed gym , really disappointed

Usually a good gym, just not sure why nobody decided to put some treadmills up front or somewhere else while renovating, there’s only like 8 treadmills available upstairs and one doesn’t even work.

Nice facility but the floor is very slippery by the sauna and steam room. The staff is aware of it and has posted a few warning signs in the immediate area but those same signs has been u[p for weeks and nothing done to mitigate the slip and fall area.

Clean gym with plenty of equipment available to be used when I go. I totally appreciate the KID ZONE so that I could go work out & take my daughter with me because I have no babysitter. The gym is clean & staff is friendly and inviting.
