Update: 09-01-23 gym requires contract now and will do anything to keep charging you.I been going to this gym for years I will never go back after speaking with management.I love this gym but lately their bathrooms are always dirty and unsweviced. The employees are always horse playing at the attendance desk and the machines are never wiped down. The rags to clean the machines are always unsanitary. I probably got the cold twice in Dec from that.Also the com is misused to call people to the front disturbing the zen of a work out. Very loud very continous,, very annoying.

Edit: The in shape on Oswell is out of shape. Since the original review there was an attempt to clean up. Then it looked like corporate came for an audit and things got worse. The spa has been closed for a month as has the steam room. As the spa has been closed the water has been sitting still with hundreds of dead knats and the occassional dead roach floating in it. As you can see the suana floor was disgusting and had years of thick, nasty film under the seats. The cleanliness is so lacking that although they cleaned the floor, in between the cracks of the benches still has a thick build up of years of sweat and gunk. There is a lack of attention to detail. There is also an issue with the same equipment breaking over and over in the same way. FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I wish I could say better things about this gym, but it is simply poorly managed. I see the manager chit chatting in the office a lot, but never really walking around and making sure that people who pay way too much for this filth are getting the clean, inviting environment with working amenities and equipment we pay for and deserve.The reason for 2 stars is that the cleanliness at the gym is lacking. The steam room and sauna are absolutely disgusting and there is a lack of enforcement of rules regarding the spa/pool area. I don't see a lot of cleaning happening especially during slow times. I went here about 6 years ago and there were far higher standards back then.

Pool is down. Jacuzzi has been down for at least a month. Steem room has been down for a month. This gym is so poorly run. They need new management.

Always clean and the equipment is always working. Spa, pool, classes. Everything you could want under one roof. A little on the pricey side IMO but if you go often enough it makes it worth it. Typically crowded but there's enough equipment that a machine or weights will free up soon.My only complaint is that one of the saunas is usually down. Maybe not a big deal to some, but it's often enough that it definitely warrants mentioningEveryone is friendly, staff and patrons.Overall a nice place to workout.

Great gym it has good equipment

The staff is great and the facilities are clean. It's rare to wait for equipment and I can get in my workouts without interruptions.
