As a beginner, I don’t feel self conscious at this gym. If I need help I can ask anyone there. It’s clean, and the employees are very helpful.

Some what decent gym for a quick workout, other than that it’s not great for everyday use. Half the time I go it’s just enough packed to where every machine I want to use is being used. So I end up cutting my workout short half the time.

Love this gym 12 to 3 are the slow times. But even when busy it's not over crowded. Clean too. Staff is awesome.

Great gym with a lot of equipment and classes. The staff is always friendly and the restrooms are always clean. The price is fair for the amenities offered compared to other gyms.

I have been to a few In Shapes and I can honestly say that Riverlakes is one of the cleanest and most friendly staff. Always giving friendly reminders to wipe off the machines when using the and putting the weights back when done. People that know me know I'm bout my cleanliness that is why I stay there, eventhough they do not have a pool...😜

My kids love the kids zone. I've been at all times and it never feels busy. It's always clean. I like my personal trainer, he is very helpful for my specific needs. Prices are reasonable.
