Worst planet fitness I have ever been to, which says a lot considering the one in my original city is in Flint. Elyssa, from the bat was INSANELY rude, uncaring, and the entire time was being unprofessional. From the moment I walked in with my family we simply asked her if it was okay if two of us came in on one membership, she said no. Which we understood due to COVID. As I went to pay and asked her since I would be paying $20 for a day pass, if I was able to use all amenities. She rudely said, “I don’t know ask my manager.” After that moment I just knew I needed to get out of her hair because clearly something was bothering her. After, I saw the $20 fee I simply asked her if she was going to add the water bottle to the fee just to make sure she wouldn’t think I was taking it without paying. As soon as I put my card in, she looks at me without me saying a single word, saying, “ you don’t need to have an attitude or be rude.” I was ASTONISHED, the only words I said to this woman are asking if the money I was paying would give me access to tanning or if she got the water bottle on my bill. I asked her how I was being rude considering from the moment I walked in she was giving my family members and i weird looks for speaking in another language amongst ourselves. For a judgment free zone, the judgement from this employee was outspoken. I understand people having bad days, but the unprofessionalism this young lady had was astonishing. Even the manager was confused hearing his employee speak in this manner to a paying customer. If you come here make sure you go to a different employee because from what I saw everyone else was professional except her.
