Great atmosphere and friendly staff

I recently got a membership here with my sister and we were unimpressed. We ended up cancelling our membership. The meter that measures how busy the gym is was 3 bars only so we went and it was super packed. Most of the treadmills were full and all the equipment was being used. The meter should have been full not 3 lines. On top of that the bathrooms were peed all over in the women’s bathroom and there was toilet paper all over the floor. There was dust flying all over the gym whenever we were looking for machines.The wifi did not work at all. The guy that signed us up for the gym had promised us that if there was no signal on our phones that their wifi was excellent which it was not.One of the staff members also got bothered because we asked about the massage chairs he acted like we were bothering him.We were not even rude or anything. I think it was the best decision to make to just cancel because we were not going to pay for bad service and a bad gym that doesn’t offer the promised amenities.

Love their prices, hours of operation, and the equipment that I need to get in and get out

The Gym is clean and the staff is friendly. Minus 1 star because there is always something wrong with the massage beds or chairs.

Decent workout center. I like it because it's close to my home, never have to wait for an elliptical machine, and it's clean.

New, quality equipment. Friendly staff. Seems substantially better than White Ln. location...6/15/23 Since White Lane P.L. burned down, they had that free student admissions these P.L. locations have become gradually capacity-packed. Two days ago at California Ave was ridiculously crowded. Ashe location también. I don't think Airport or E. Niles get as full, though I've not been to either in many mos.

Came to visit from Ann Arbor Michigan, had I lived here I would not choose to go here. It seems like that don’t believe in using the air conditioning or don’t want to turn it up. Feels like I was in a hot box unless I was in a good spot under the fan. Iv gone at 7am and it was over packed, I could not get all my routine in, lots of people on their phones or just sitting on equipment. 10:15pm was slightly better, but still could not get an effective work out. The equipment for abdominal seems to need to be replaced or re adjusted, same thing for some back equipment. There is way too many cardio machines. It is a decent size but they could have added other machines. Unfortunately the other gym is 17 mins away from me, and I am desperate to get a work out so I have to deal with it for now. I would not recommend this place to people due to it being crowded already.

It was really packed. I've only been going there for about 2 weeks. In the morning it hasn't been a problem but in the afternoon it's hard to find a machine. Will update next month if it changes. Hasn't changed.

The staff at this gym is amazing. They create a welcoming feeling upon entry. I usually spend over an hour in the gym. During my entire workout session staff is cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the gym. Very clean place!!
