My first visit to this location since the other burned down, and it's very nice, clean, friendly staff & atmosphere 👌 …

First impression...A+ all the way around. The staff was both professional and friendly. I didn't feel pressured to sign up but during the quick walk through, she laid out the benefits of the black card membership as well as going over the current promotions and answering all of our questions. Each area was remarkably clean which was is HUGE. The equipment is well maintained and laid out really well. They officially have a new member.

So Daniel wouldnt confirm megs name at first and also hung up on me and also said he couldnt disclose when managers were around which i knew was a lie and called another location where the guy was great and told me that wasnt true i can definitely know when managers work. Alexis, Daniel and Meg all worked 11am shift Nov. 12 @ Bakersfield, California on California Ave. location when this incodent happened.**If someone has a $10 membership at 1 location and they go to another they're allowed to pay $5 for the day to not be at their home location. I came to the California location and I told Meg I travel and nobody cares ever if I just needed a shower. Not fresno, not Palmdale not Lancaster not any part of LA and around it that I've stopped into.Her and Alexis gained up on me when I tried to explain hey what if i was homeless like, for the next person you shouldn't care if they want to come take a (lukewarm/cold) shower here and she did not here me at all and told me she wrote a note not to let me in here (At one point she said "so do you travel or are you homeless.." girl excuse you?). This all is beyond me. I'm older and these lil girls are so disrespectful. She did not need to be extra for that situation nobody cares if i shower at any location ever and her pin pointing me to make sure people know not to help me was so cold and heartbreaking for me bcoz she's purposely trying to make my life harder.*Corporate PF you hear that?* will delete this eventually.I may have been frustrated but I never said anything rude or mean till I was walking out so i dont know why she and the other 3 treated me so bad.

We sure do miss 24hr fitness here in Bakersfield. After shopping around and building a small home gym full of free weight, this is a perfect complementary to the home gym. Bringing in my 13 year old. Daughter was the icing on the cake. Well worth the money.

What’s the point coming to the gym to work out how you like if you get told you doing to much or you grunting bro I’m lifting weights I go to work out not to be on my phone or hogging the machines or to play around I can’t give you a no star option but I guess

I've never worked out here but i went to ask for help to downgrade my subscription and to change my home gym, and the ladies at the counter were really nice and helpful.

A good beginner place to workout for cheap, lots of machines, though they use smith machines, plenty of space, and friendly atmosphere

I have been going here since the reopening for the past two months the Men’s showers are not hot ,Their is no hot water here for men,I don’t know about the womens shower situation ,

I just went in to sign my teenager up for their Summer Pass it's free. From what I saw it looked nice and clean and the employees are friendly and helpful

Staff is great and gym is clean but never leave valuables in locker or car people will break into either to get them
