I greatly enjoyed my time training here. Monroe Hall BJJ is a fun, engaging class that really hones in on not only the sport of BJJ, but it's practical uses outside of a tournament situation. I've observed the kids classes that take place before the adults class, and the kids seem to really love being there. I currently trying to convince my younger brother to take classes there as I think it would not only be fun, but good for his esteem and confidence as he gets older.

Not only have they changed my body, but they have guided me to make major improvements in my day to day life. I am forever grateful for this facility and the skilled instructors.They take their time to show you how to correctly unlock the your own abilities and apply them to Muay Thai and Boxing in the Hall. I'm totally obsessed with getting better with this team.I appreciate the time and dedication the skilled instructors provide to EVERYONE, EVERY DAY. ✌🏿❤️🥊

Needed to get active and lose weight. I lost about 20 pounds, met some great people, and learned some new skills for self-defense. Don't join a regular gym for the new year. Check out AMT to make a real change!

This place is the best!!! The thing I like most is that they start you off partnering with pads right away. Other places I've been to, we just hit bags and only the coach new how to drill with pads. At AMT you work with a partner right away, make friends, get in shape, and if you want to get in the ring for real, they can take you there. Way better hands-on training for way less money than a lot of other places. Can't say enough good things about this place.

This place is great! My fiance absolutely loves it here. He went in for one day and has been hooked since. The trainers here are top notch and highly skilled. Great atmosphere to focus on your training and learn more! Highly recommend. : )

Super friendly staff from the moment I walked in the door. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable when it comes to fighting and self defense. Would recommend this spot to anyone in the area.

I absolutely love this fighting gym! My hubby and kids come here! Very much a family oriented gym. Classes for all ages. If you're a loner even better. IT DOESN'T MATTER! Just like Jesse uses the quote from Johnny Lawrence (Cobra Kai) " Everybody's welcome whether your a freak a nerd. It doesn't matter everybody needs to get tough".Obviously I love what this place has done for my family. Has helped with confidence tremendously. Especially being bullied regardless of school,work, this world is getting crazier and crazier by the day. Really, compared to other places the price is reasonable and fair. UNLIMITED CLASSES!!! Great coaches, helpers... Take the time to actually recognize you, your form. They care to teach!!! The kids class is one of the cutest things you'll ever see. Mom approved. Absolutely love Jesse, Vlad, Burdan, and Monroe. But I'm still getting to know everyone. Like I said they're all fantastic.

I have been a member for at least 5 years now. The coaches are not only experienced, but they care about all the members, not just the fighters. It is a wonderful workout and a great way to learn confidence and so much more!
