This place is A1. I came as a wrestler and thought that this would me easy. All I can say is great coaches with Stephan and J-Swain teach us as teens to excel on and off the mat!

AMT pairs a beautiful facility and world class, competition tested coaching staff for a fun, rigorous, and welcoming training experience. Instructors are experts at catering to clientele of all backgrounds and experience levels, from hobbyists, to combat athletes, to kids. In addition to excellent training, the gym hosts a wonderful community and a great family environment.

I can't recommend this gym highly enough. It is a perfect place for people of all experience levels and goals, ranging from competition fighters, those seeking self defense skills, and people who are just looking for a new way to exercise. I came in with no boxing experience, and the coaches are just as good with someone like me as they seem with people who have been fighting their entire lives. The culture is great and really makes you want to return. For whatever reason you're consider boxing, kickboxing, or BJJ you can't go wrong here.
