Coach Chuck is very personable, friendly and provides an excellent workout. I have been working out with Coach Chuck for about 30 days and am very pleased with the sessions. My Fit2Go trainer is absolutely wonderful - extremely knowledgeable, highly motivating, and able to create individualized, highly effective workouts. I come away from the sessions feeling strong, energized and mentally and emotionally renewed - and with excellent instructions for at-home workout sets for the rest of the week. He checks in with me during the week, with information and encouragement, and with great nutrition advice when I need it. The management is quite thoughtful and responsive as well. I started with Fit to Go in June of 2018 to lose weight for my wedding in November. Dani came to my home and did a thorough assessment and he made me feel that he truly cared about my health and meeting my goals. It was the most comprehensive personal training assessment I’ve ever experienced. I was assigned to Cornelius as my personal trainer and he is a gem. I’ve met my fitness goals and he responds to any questions I have about nutrition or fitness in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I’m moving and I will no longer be within the Fit to Go service area. This is the best place, not just for personally training, but also for changing to a healthy lifestyle. I work with Dani (the CEO). I’ve had knee and shoulder problems and couldn’t workout much and Dani has helped tremendously in healing my shoulder problems with corrective exercises. He modifies exercises so that I can strengthen my leg muscles to help correct my knee problems. His goal is to teach the proper form so that we can workout on our own. At the end of every session, all my muscles are fried from a great workout! He also makes sure I meal prep everyday and motivates in eating healthy. His knowledge of the human body mechanics and human psychology (to help with healthy eating) is remarkable. Dani brings his enthusiasm to every session and I’ve benefitted greatly from this program, physically and mentally.
