It's a little expensive (49) considering the amount of equipment they have but I really do like that it's 24/7. It has lovely bathrooms with a shower. Kettlebells, bumble, barbells, and machines. It has cardio machines. Just seems a bit more expensive than I thought when comparing it to Crunch fitness and Max Fitness.

I've been a member of Highland Anytime Fitness for a couple of years now. This is exactly what you want in a neighborhood gym. There's plenty of variety to fit anyone's goals. From a good variety of cardio to machines, and a nice variety of free weights and dumbbells that provide enough weight to challenge most gym goers.I personally don't interact with the staff, because my routine brings me to the gym long before staffing hours. Which brings me to the next big benefit of this location, namely that the 24-hour access always works and makes it very convenient for anyone's workout needs.Overall, it's a pretty chill environment. Members of all kinds, who tend to get in and get out, but there is enough room for everyone. Staff keeps the place running really well, and kudos on the music playlist! This is definitely a gym worth considering.

This is a good gym. I've been a member of several other gyms in BR, and Anytime on Highland has a much better atmosphere. Other members are cool. It's designed well enough so that I never feel like I'm waiting for equipment to free up. Equipment is well maintained. It's easy to get in, get your workout, and leave.

After fulfilling my agreed upon one year commitment I was mislead by management regarding cancelling my membership. This leading me to pay another year of membership to which I was unable to use the facility since moving to a different state, the owner and management are unwilling to rectify. Be very careful reading your documents and I would strongly advise not to sign up with a gym that requires a commitment!!

Over the past few years of owning a membership to anytime fitness I’ve gone to gyms all over the country. With that being said the highland road location is by far the best one across the bored. Spacious, clean, stocked with every piece of equipment you could need, and a staff that knows how to actually run a bussiness/gym. On top of this, due to covid restrictions and businesses going under, this location is the only gym in Baton Rouge that is still open 24/7.If you’re looking for a gym, this anytime is worth the money. I can promise you won’t be disappointed.

Been strength training here for almost a year now. The two guys who run the place, Dominique and Brandon, provide a great atmosphere, and are supportive and helpful to anyone who asks for fitness advice. The facilities are clean and neat, and it's a positive social atmosphere.

I had great results with Anytime Fitness back in Russellville, AR - built muscle mass, lost like 80 lbs. That said:If I could give the Anytime Fitness on Highland road 0 stars, I would. As of 8/29/2013, it's not open for business - there's cellophane all over the workout machines, looks like the ceiling is collapsed, place is cleared out, and the front door is padlocked. Not sure what happened, but you won't get a workout here. You'll need to go somewhere else.
