Everyone here are always friendly. The equipment is kept up real well. They offer a variety of classes and child service after 4 p.m. The hours aren't as flexible as most gyms but they do open at 5 a.m. during the week. They have a pool.

I've been a member for 5 years and i love it! I've made lots of great friends there including the staff and other members! For me its like adult recess!
