OT has been a great part of my life this last year. After a series of traumatic surgeries, I thought I’d never run again. Thanks to the beautiful, wonderful staff at Arlington Market, I’m not only running again, but enjoying every class & meeting wonderful people to boot. Love me some OT.

The instructors correct your form and give you directions without making you push yourself over your limit. It’s great having a fun routine when working out.

A great way to get that personal training feeling without shelling out big bucks. The trainers really care about their clients and never fail to produce bangin' playlists to keep the pace going.

OTF has been a great change of pace for me as a former athlete who's been working out in the gym for 25+ years. The flexibility of the schedule and the every-changing mixture of workouts are what I love most about OTF.

Everyone is very friendly. They akso always answer my calls when I have a question or meeded to cancel. Easy to follow workouts but voice over and looking at the screen is hard for me to do at the same time. Heart rate monitor and competition with others is so much fun! It kept me motivated.
