This is such a great family friendly place. We live at the pool during pool season and have been coming here for years. It is always clean and very updated. Love it!

My family already has gym memberships, but we were interested in joining Southern Oaks Athletic Club to add aquatics. I requested a (required) tour and got a (probably automated) email from Claire on Sunday. I responded on Monday with my availability, and I didn't hear anything else from SOAC. Tsk.

Great for ALL parents, at the pool you have a decent BAR and very healthy selction of food for kids and parents. 3 life gurads on duty so you can eat and be social. A dive board for you and a water slide for kids....Did i mention, a splash pad and baby pool for very youn ones. Master pool can be heated and cooled.The pool director is always there in the water with his kids or hands on with training staff.If your in to tennis, they have a great program of clay courts and a fully patio bar/grill and large tvs.

The owners continue to upgrade this place and do an amazing job! Always impressed. Great patio and bar atmosphere. Variety of workouts and healthy meal options. It’s clean! They support locals and continue to have entertainment and events year round. Wish I lived closer!

This is absolutely my favorite gym ever. The staff are what makes this gym so amazing. I never thought my first comment about a gym would be the staff, but they create a family atmosphere. The other members are great and the facility is always clean. The weight room is fairly small, but that won't stop you from getting agree workout. There is plenty of equipment and never a wait for the cardio machines. The pool is perfect on a hot summer day. We have purchased the meal plan and absolutely love it.

Wonderful gym, love the instructors, friendly staff, owners are great, responding quickly to emails. The pool is nice, can get overcrowded at times during the summer and you can't find a seat. The kids love it though. Reasonably priced!!
