Hours are great for me. I’m an early bird and work late so I can go work out anytime. Plus with the black card I can do my tanning all at the same time

The place is very dirty, some of the machines shake a lot when they are running, the water drinker is disgusting

Enjoy going here just wish there was more free weights vs machine.

Good place but u have some folks in thier who work out like every other gym acting hard lookin at u to see if u looking at them trying to be a bootleg Arnold

Most of the stair machines have been broken for some time and in the purple room as well and nothing gets fixed....i look forward to getting harassed until I change my review because I've been told that's what they do

I lived in Houston most of my life but moved a couple of years ago. I visit family frequently. So, on the 10th of April, i decided to try this location out. This is a very small location with a ton of cardio equipment and your basic needs with machines. It was clean and not busy at 6 am. However, the man at the register with his ear piercing (didn't catch his name) was beyond rude and maybe needs to be moved to a different shift where he is able to sleep more. I walked in and he didn't say a word. I went up to the counter and he stared at me. I said hi I was needing a day pass. All he literally said was "Card". I took me a second so I said what kind. My debit. My driver's license, what? He said debit. Took my card and handed it back. During this the phone rang where he had it up to his ear trying to talk to them over me. I tried to ask him a question about the pass being good for 24 hours and all he said was I would need to swipe my card again. He wasn't even hearing me. Being from Texas I'm beyond proud to say the big difference from Texans and the other states is our manners and respect but good lord above that was not the case with this location. I spent the rest of my week going to fitness connection where I paid nearly double for a day pass but got way better friendlier customer service. The location was big but I used the same machines I used at this location. That's how bad this interaction rubbed me.

I just went in to start a membership with my silver sneakers. I haven't had the opportunity to work out yet. Been a little under the weather for the last couple of days. Energy left is nil. Finally getting caught up on some much needed rest. That's helping. I'll update this as I start working out. The staff were very helpful.

It is the nice gym I have been to in a while so clean never messy and the niceness rest room almost better then buc-ee's restroom.

Lots of treadmills and bikes. Other equipment is much more limited. Not crowded. Lots of cleaning stations, although the paper towels are very poor quality and tend to fall apart.

I highly recommend planet fitness to every one who wants to get in shape and get a beautiful tan and then relax in the hydro chair for the best massage that a chair can possibly give you at a very low price if of 25 dollars a month. I guarantee there’s nothing out there better for that low of a monthly payment!!!!!
