My 3 young girls have been coming here for over a year now, and it's really come to be like a family. The instructors are wonderful with kids. My family has been going here since Nov. 2015 and we love it. My kids enjoy going and feel a part of a team. They learn to face fears and confidence and the coaches care about each person they train. I highly recommend GCFS for training. Train with the best!

Started out with my 5 and 7 year old sons training a little over a year ago, then my 12 year old daughter started about 3 months ago. My wife started the cardio kickboxing classes about a month ago and I started jiu jitsu about 2 months ago. Can't say enough about this place. It's changed our entire Family!!! Awesome group of folks here.
