Best gym in town for the price. Very affordable options, and truly 24 hrs! I use the sauna daily. They also have a large variety of machines and a ton of free weights.

Nice gym, new equipment, red light therapy, tanning beds ,and hydro massage! Overall good place !

As a former employee, I can't recommend Crunch enough!! All of the staff are very kind and helpful, and the facilities are always kept in pristine condition. They always put the needs of others first to make sure everyone has the best experience possible

I am so IMPRESSED with Crunch Fitness. I am. I did black card Planet Fitness for EONS and loved it. But for $10 more a month I unlocked so many other potential fitness benefits and a plethora of bonuses from this gym. If you sign up, ask for Megan. She also owns/runs megatronix here in Lumberton. She’s so sweet. She gave the best tour. Made me comfortable. Made sure I had all my answers to all my questions. They’re so awesome there. And, they clean the tanning/massage area when you’re done—-so there’s no risk that the person before you didn’t do it. I’m so excited to see if I’ll be brave enough to join a Zumba or do a Ride class one day, but for now, I’m bragging on the gym experience. Definitely better than PF (also if you have kids, the membership I got for $10 more than the PF one comes with free babysitting…)

I wanted to write a review on the personal trainers. Please read the entire review!!Be cautious when hiring a PT! You don't need to worry about their professionalism or their dedication to your progress. They will develop a great relationship with you and greet you with a smile every time. The trainers will develop your meal plans and workouts to help you achieve your specific goals. They'll closely monitor your progress and motivate you to do more than you thought you could.Despite all of these AMAZING qualities, you may not get the results you expect. You may result in looking so damn good that you and your spouse end up with a surprise pregnancy like my wife and I 😅

I absolutely love this gym! The staff are absolutely amazing!!! I have never walked in and had a bad experience!!! I get told good morning every single day and everyone is always smiling!! That makes a big difference in my day!! You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. And mind you I come at 4:30am so I know the staff is tired but they never show it!!! The coaches are all amazing but I would have to say Devaughn is my absolute favorite!! I recommend crunch to everyone I talk to about fitness!!!

It was nice and upto date just really crowded from 5pm to 8pm
