I decided to get back into to my fitness journey after having a baby boy. And I absolutely love anytime! Mackenzie or aka to my baby boy Mackey (the GM) has been super attentive and helpful in all aspects! Anytime I've had a question it has been answered and Mackey loves my kiddo to pieces. The gym is close to my house so it is great that I get to stop in around my busy schedule.

Update: so they FINALLY canceled my membership and I get a refund for feb and march. Thank you pierre for being so helpfultried canceling on DECEMBER 10,2019... but since I dont live in texas anymore …

I typically don't like to leave reviews, unless they are needed to make others aware. I would like to state that I had a two year membership, but I only went for maybe two months. I just found out that they charged me during the mandatory shut down while the facility was in fact closed due to COVID. The two year membership I had was coming to an end on 7/14/2021. So I called May of 2021 to inquire about everything I needed to do so that I can avoid paying anymore charges. The general manager Mackenzie Sikes told me then I needed to fill out a cancellation form which was dated 6/22/21. I am under the impression that I was up to date on my payments after confirming with her that it was my last payment. July rolls around, she failed to tell me that I was responsible for another 30 days which I don't recall. When I signed the cancellation form I only saw the signature line and I was out the door. I knew better, but I mistakenly thought everything was all good at that point. Now getting into August they were trying to run my card again. Regardless of any phone calls that were made to me she failed to turn my cancellation forms in. Each month they charge their monthly fees still under my account (and they are only aloud to do that if the cancellation form is sent over) I never wanted to leave my debit card on file, so they never were able to collect further payment. After making many phone calls during August and through the beginning of September, per my request she never could provide me with a invoice of charges exceeding over $90. I asked if she would ever pay a invoice she's never seen before, instead she just proceeds to take notes on the computer. Then she tells she sent letters to my residence, keep in mind I told her that I moved from Lumberton over a year ago after I got married. So no, I never received those. Being that she is the general manager I asked her why haven't you thought to ask for my new address, yet I am sitting here on the phone telling you I moved.. Then she asks for my new address, and tells me she will update that information. Its 10/5/21, and she still hasn't updated that information. She states that she sent emails, those which were sent to Junk. I provide my email to her towards the end of July 2021, so that I could obtain the contract/forms that I signed. I also have email correspondence as proof, if I ever have to provide any documentation to the owner. Mid September, I've left voicemails for general manger to contact me so that I can get in touch with the owner. I haven't received any phones back as of today 10/5/2021. During this time I have learned that she did not in fact inform me of the truth regarding my charges nor resolved the charges exceeding my cancellation form since she turned them in late..I was also informed that they were going to pull another charge in September for another month. Last I spoke with her she stated that the owner tried to call me but couldn't give me the time/date being that they are so contestant with note taking. The time before that she mention that his plate is full and that it would be a week out. To add she stated that he would email me over calling me so that he can have documentation of the conversation. The professionalism, and communication here is nothing I've ever experienced. A response from the owner would be greatly appreciated to resolve this issue. It's a matter of telling clients the truth, and taking care of business so others don't have to suffer the consequences of their actions because she failed to turn it in. Since Mackenzie refuses to call me back, I decided to go up to the facility 10/6/21. Can’t even go in to discuss the matter, or she will call law enforcement as she did me. The owner “Andrew” if that’s really his name, won’t email back after he sent out his automated email. I was supposed to hear from someone name Rachel but haven’t.

Close to home only 5 min. away, no one wears a mask, not even employees, 600,000 cases in Texas. Lights are missing,51 out, water in coolers at bath water temperature, too warm to drink. If it wasn't so convenient, I wouldn't use this facility. A.C. filters need changing, return air vents need cleaning.

Signing up was quick and easy, Pierre was very outgoing and willing to help, he even went as far as giving me tips on how to get started with my workouts. Everything was very clean and people seemed very courteous and wiped down their equipment. No complaints whatsoever. :)

I have been a member for two years. The place is clean and they have nice equipment. Try to cancel and see why I rated them as low as I did. I had two knee surgeries and cant come in so I tried to cancel the membership. No one hardly answers the phone, you leave them messages and they don't call you back and they keep charging you fees even after they cancel you. I was thinking that I would cancel my membership for a year, then sign back up. Not now.

I’ve had a membership here for over a year and recently had to move my grandmother in with me to care for her. I tried to explain this to the staff at this location and attempted to cancel my membership. One staff member told me she could mail me the form to fill out to cancel my membership however it would need to be mailed back certified mail. I then received a call from the area manager stating they did not mail forms out and she was the one I spoke to earlier and I was mistaken when I told her the lady at the gym told me she could mail the form. I can assure I spoke to 2 separate people and was not mistaken. I did not appreciate being lied to by the area manager stating she was the only one I spoke to regarding this. Surely she realizes this happened within 30 minutes and caller ID is a real thing!!!I am on a month to month basis with my membership and have requested cancellation of my membership and money no longer be drafted from my account. They continue to draft despite numerous request to cancel. Worst customer service from staff. I will be reporting this to my bank, BBB and attorney if money is not refunded after my notice of cancellation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION.

This is an edit from a previous posting, will say I cannot wait until our memberships run out. There is a lack of enforcement of the rules...wipe down your equipment, dress code, etc...not to mention a witnessing a member harassing another …
