Very unprofessional place. Nobody’s ever in the office. They do not answer their phones. You can be current on your bill and key fobs won’t work and you can’t get a hold of anybody for three or four days so you can’t go to the gym. Then if you do get a hold of him, they say bring it on and will reactivate it but they don’t apologize. They don’t try and make it right

Husband has been trying to call to cancel membership. Finally got a hold of someone Wednesday who put him on hold and then said that they'd call him back. They never did. Thursday they took payment out which was all we had left in bank.

It looks nice in there!!! Lots of folks working out their muscles!!! I don't work out any more because I'm old! If I did work out I would go here! It seams to me they want to pump you up!!$ Enjoy...
