I have been going to Nicole's hot Power Yoga classes for over a year now and I'm in the best shape of my life! She is great at what she does! You can find the weekly schedule on their Facebook page. Bring water, a towel, and a mat if you have one. If not, there are some available to use.

I’ve been to several yoga studios around San Francisco and Vegas. These have been my favorite classes! I love the variety of flows and movements. The instructors are so creativity and you can tell they love what they do.I always leave feeling so good!

I've been to many different classes here...some are heated, some focus on meditation, but all classes are for any level yoga enthusiast. I highly recommend trying out Beaumont Power Yoga!

Made multiple attempts to contact establishment, I even drove to the building to meet in person and never received any feed back.

Went to Lauren's hot yoga class here, left feeling amazing and powerful it was definatly worth the drop in
