I'm upset with this location. I called on the March 5th to cancel my membership the person that answer the phone told me I had to come in in person and cancel it. After that I was in the hospital for close to two and a half weeks. After I was released I went into the gym to cancel my membership. I was then told by an employee that the managers were in a meeting and someone would call me to cancel my membership which was on the 23rd. No one ever called me back and I was charged $88 later on this month! I called and call customer services sucks. No one will answer the phone. Cancel my membership now!

I’m sure it’s a great gym, I just haven’t been. I’m quite annoyed that in order to cancel the membership, you have to go up there. When I started the membership I did it online.. I’ve been paying for this membership for about 3 months. Never stepped foot there, haven’t had time to even go to that side of town, barely even Beaumont and I live there. Not only that.. the 3 months that I’ve paid, they’ve all been different prices. This current bill went from $30 something, to $80 something.. now $118. Again I’m sure it’s a great gym, but sometimes ppl start things and other things come up.

My family and I love working out at Crunch! Their staff is so helpful and kind. All the equipment is nice and clean. I love how you don’t have to wait to use any of the equipment because there are a lot of benches and you do not have to wait for one to open up.

LOVE. THIS. PLACE.Always clean. Always smiling faces to greet me & that matters because some days I really don’t want to go.Machines are always great. Bathroom is also always clean.I don’t have young children, so I can’t speak for that part. I can, however, say I’ve never seen a child crying when they are getting dropped off or as they leave.

Love 👏🏻 this 👏🏻 gym👏🏻! Always clean and lots of options to make my workout enjoyable. Have so much fun doing classes and all the instructors are awesome 💪🏻 Best part though, having kidscrunch! It is SO nice being able to bring my kiddos there and they LOVE Ms. Jaime! All the other ladies are really great with them too! It's a good feeling knowing my kid's are being well taken care of while I workout 💪🏻😁

I love crunch for me andy family. I love the classes and the daycare center for my kids. I appreciate the staff.
