OMG! How does this store make it with limited selections. I never find anything here in stock. This store is just an expensive hub for online orders.

First & last time ordering something from this store. Poor MANAGEMENT! The “MANAGER” was so rude, I don’t know who gave her that title but didn’t do a good job.

Poor customer service!!.I was the only shopper in the shoe dept. There were three sales associates who walked past several times, appearing to work in that department. Not one time was I offered any assistance. After almost 15 minutes, I just left the store.

Really don’t understand why I couldn’t get a full refund on a Patagonia vest that I received as a gift. I didn’t have the receipt when I went in the first time, but I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted to order it on line and pick up in store, was told I couldn’t do that so I said than just give me a gift card when I when to order it the card didn’t have the same amount on it, I go back in the store with my receipt to get the full amount added to the card but they still would not give me a full refund

Saw some bad reviews that seemed unrelated to the actual store so figured I would share my experience.I was looking for a particular kayak and went to a store in Houston. Customer service was kinda bad in that the associate who helped me didn't have much knowledge about the kayak. The only one available for sale was beat and not taken care of - obviously far from a new kayak. So I left and searched for another. Found one at this store and called to ask about it. Ended up driving an hour and a half to go to this location. Night and day difference. The 3 associates and manager we interacted with were super helpful through the process. The cashiers had great attitudes and were fun to speak with. The associates even helped me load the yak onto my tall SUV and went above and beyond afterward. Overall great experience that made the first moments of having this yak great.

Me and my 3 friends were racially profiled and accused of shoplifting and 4 really cool officers searched us but them manager and cashier were being all mean to us and left so we could not ask for Instore credit , we are all Latinos btw , it’s sad that they can’t see us Latinos on top

I could not be more disappointed in their service. I placed an order for curbside service. I received an email that my order had been picked up. Only, it wasn’t by me. So, they gave my order to someone else. Or, someone at the store decided to take it home. I called customer service. I’ve heard nothing. No merchandise. No customer service. Only a payment that has yet to be refunded. I have doubts that it ever will be based on the attention I have received to-date. I will not do business with them again. Beware buyers.

Clothing selection is better than Academy for some items, but worse on others. Store is clean and not too cluttered. Employee's are friendly for the most part like all retail some can't be bothered. Prices are higher than Academy and Amazon so compare before you purchase.

Move over Academy. On our first visit, we were thoroughly impressed with the store and service. Joe, the store manager, was awesome. He was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. We will return. Thank you Joe and staff.
