Very disrespectful, walked in and was interviewed by a very nice man and 5 min later I see him get kicked out. The “manager” said that the owner had said to kick him out but it seemed that she was on a power trip and when I went to leave she said “we don’t want you here anyways chink” under her breath which was very upsetting. The male employee seemed quite nice it was just the manager that was causing me much trouble, and was eyeing me down from the second I entered the gym. Overall the gym is nice, it’s just the manager was trying to give everyone a hard time and looked at everyone like they were nothing but a paycheck.

So I know people when looking for a gym really do look at the price and make the decision off of that if they are not fitness nuts. So speaking to the general population i have to tell you that as a non fitness nut who just needs to lose …

I got a call saying I owe $150 for past dues- as I forgot to go sign the cancellation form. Management called me and immediately resolved this issue. All while making me feel valued as a customer. Best customer service I have experienced in Beaumont! Hats off to you Travis!

In love with this place! The place is ALWAYS clean, the employees are so helpful and positive, the kids club is so amazing! My kids have so much fun there! So much for them to do without getting bored! For those that are not comfortable with being out in the open they have their own woman's room to workout and at the same time you can watch your kiddos on a TV screen! I would highly recommend it! I can workout and relax while my kids are having fun!
