Customer service has become something of a mixed bag; so when you find a representative that goes the extra mile I think it's only right to give them a shout out. I visited the store on 12 Aug 23 just to grab a bottle of water and an energy drink. I overheard "Leeann" giving a customer a very detailed description of some products. After she completed the transaction I had a couple of questions myself. To my amazment Leeann answered every question with the same level of detail she provided for the previous customer. She even recommended a "stack" to assist with my described goal. Leeann is one of the reasons you go to a branch instead of an online conglomerate. You want to hear expert insight and an opinion. Leeann appears to enjoy the customer interaction and also takes the time to school herself on the products in the store. Bright spot to that entire mall excursion.

No help finding a product wich would benefit me. One employee a male is very rude and just stands there not selling products so I just left

The young blonde hair girl that was working wasn't friendly at all. I don't plan on going back. I'd rather drive to Beaumont GNC

Lady today On the first shift asked what I was using a full body detox for and when I told her my nephew needed to be sure his system was clean for a seven panel she said she would not sell to me, told me she wouldn’t sell me the vitamins I also wanted to buy even though that was unrelated to the detox kit I was wanting to purchase, then asked me to leave then gave me the dirtiest look. Very rude. Don’t ask questions about my personal life If your going to potentially refuse a sale based on my answer. I will never go back. Was just trying to help a family member out and got judged for it. So if your worried about anyone judging you based on my experience here then don’t go. I can get the same items on Amazon at a better price and don’t even have to deal with judgmental ladies! Sounds like a better deal to me!

Great staff that answer your questions about a product. Very clean and organized. Decent sales like buy 2 and get 1 free.

The staff was very helpful. When I told them what I was looking for, they were knowledgeable and knew what I needed. They gave me options and helped me choose the best product for my need. I will be going back for my supplements and other health needs as those needs arise.

I was job hunting at Parkdale mall. Happened to go in to get the Spirulina that I needed and it was at a great price. The woman that was helping had a wonderful attitude and helped me.
