My girls are noticeably stronger and faster. 1st 3 steps and endurance are what is most notable and they both love the training. Scott and Ashton do a great job of keeping it fun while the kids put the work in.

My daughter absolutely loves this place! She started in December of 2015 and not only has become faster and more agile. But her confidence and competitiveness has been the best results I could have ever wished for. Scott and Caleb are the best!

Parisi is a great facility with great trainers. They always motivate my son to do his best and have improved his athleticism!! He loves working out there in the summer.

My 11 year old son, Elijah, goes to Parisi. He absolutely loves it. He prefers to go 5 days a week. If you are looking for a baby sitter and your child doesn't like to exercise, this I is not for them. It's a fun, disciplined work out to help them build agility, speed and strength. HIGHLY recommend.
