I have tried many gyms and never caught the "gym bug"...I love this gym. I look forward to going everyday and really miss it when I can't make it. The child care is such an awesome perk! I can use my kid free time while my daughter is in MDO for strictly work and not have to worry about who will watch my kid for my 4:30 gym class. Being able to just bring her with me is a game changer. Staff is top notch, would give 10 stars if I could! The variety of classes is also an excellent factor!

I visited for the body pump launch class and it was a huge hit! The music was fresh and the routines were easy to follow. The staff and instructors were friends and welcoming it’s definitely a must try for anyone wanting to check out group fitness. Plus they offered childcare!
