I've been a student here for a long time and love it! All of the teachers are not only dynamic and inspiring, but are also incredibley nice people. I take classes weekly online and am constantly surprised by how much I learn (especially from the owners) - even as a teacher of yoga. It's changed my life for the better again and again. I couldn't imagine not having access to these special classes and this online community!

I came all the way from Germany to do my Teacher training here and would do it again in a heartbeat. This was my best decision. I believe it’s the best place to learn yoga in a true sense and grow personally. For me it was life changing. Nothing but gratitude for this place and my teachers!

My wife and I created this Center to provide authentic yoga with integrity. We are from India and respect the ancient traditions from which yoga came, yet modify the techniques to make them more efficient in our current society. We have had students from more than 20 countries come specifically to study at our Center, and to do teacher training here. We are blessed to have such devotion and appreciation for true yoga. Celebrating 33 years on the Eastside and 26 years at the same location.
