Stay away from this place!! See reasons below-1. Oversell the class position. They oversold positions sometimes and you will have to share a position and equipment with others. It’s a nightmare for boxing class given there is only 8 bags for 16-position class in a small places (Note only 3 boxing class per week, often with no position quickly, probably the reason of overselling. Yoga class is often open but not too fun)2. Poor management, e.g. Updated user agreement without asking. They roll out new policy by email, without letting you know or agree in advance. Front desk just stick with the policy, don’t really communicate well and have a good understanding of customer satisfaction in my cases.3. No refund even if you have strong reason to quit or cancel. You can also find this in other reviews. Per (2), if you are surprised at and don’t like their new policy, your only option is to cancel membership without refund.I have been to different gym classes in bellevue and Redmond. IMO, most places are better in price and quality for me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.Writing the review just to save people from wasting their money and time. Personally I have decided to let me unused classes expire and that’s how bad the experience is.There are thousands of people in each classroom and it is hard to find a place to even stand. I got kicked in my face because the person was too close to me in a yoga class. And they enforce new policies randomly, without asking for any agreement. For example, if you don’t check in 5 mins before your class, they give your spot to waitlisted people, without asking or notifying. WOW! Wonderful! I can’t pay for any experience better than that, can I? 🤭🤭Of course they won’t do any refund if you are unsatisfied. They are willing to give you extra class though, if you complain. WOW! Wonderful! I love the opportunity to enjoy the worst experience for one more time, loved it! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰To owner:Thanks for your beautiful lies. Of course there are not thousands of people in a classroom, and of course checking in before class starts is considered late 🤭🤭🤭

ClassPass members not welcomed here. Don’t waste your ClassPass credit here! Zero flexibility for schedule change. They only want to sell their own membership.Reply to the owner:Thanks but NO! I was 5 mins late for the class because of parking. And I asked if I can attend the next class. The front desk said only their own members can enjoy the flexibility, NO for Classpass. I requested multiple times and asked if there’s someone who would be able to give me this permission, the answer is still NO. Felt humiliated.

This place is ridiculous. I was going to try out a new pilate place through ClassPass after moving to the building. Thought the location would be perfect. They just don’t welcome ClassPass member here. I was literally one minute late to my class and they won’t let me in and just wasted this entire class.I said I’ve never been to a yoga/Pilates place like this, and this girl at the front desk just said: “honestly I don’t know which one you went.” In a very bad manner.Seriously?Reply to owner: I appreciate your respond. Not coming back because 1, your staff is rude. 2,one of your reply here said you have a 5 mins grace period, so does that mean an unequal treatment of customers?

Everyone is very helpful at providing assistance and guidance to newcomers. I love the variety of classes. The team members, front desk and instructors, in Bellevue are friendly and quick to answer questions and make sure I feel like I can join any of the the classes and am prepared. I appreciate them all very much!

I absolutely love love this place. Their classes are amazing and their front desk staff are way too nice. I receive the best customer service ever!! I wish I know how to spell their names, but I am so appreciative for their help each day as I walk in. Location of the club is super convenient. Love the heated classes abs that’s why I go there. Thank you so very much for providing such a wonderful and healthy environment for us to practice. It’s a healing process as well.

LT was excellent at facilitating, and reminded us to protect our injuries- which allowed me to break through them a bit, and find some added power. Thanks 🤙 …
