Moses is the best instructor here. I have been working with him for more than a year now and he is the best. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Gives lot of guidance on nutrition as well.

Moses is what makes this gym great. He will cater and personalize your workout schedule based on your individual goals. He’s very knowledgeable and makes working out fun rather than a hassle. Thanks to him I’ve lost 60 pounds in the last two years!

Love this gym! This place is clean, organized, and private. Their trainers are great, especially Moses. I’ve trained with him for a while. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. He’s also caring and funny. Never a dull moment! Everyone who comes to this gym must try him!

Been doing small group sessions at bStrong Bellevue for 6 months now and my body feels better than it has for years! I have more muscle tone, have lost some fat, and have increased mobility. The entire staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The rotating exercise regimens provide a great whole body workout including both the big and small muscle groups. I've been a gym member at over a dozen different gyms and this is by far my best experience!

I have been going for about 2 months now, and this has been exactly what I needed to get fit! Staff and other gym goers are really friendly. The schedule and routine are fun and their system takes all the thinking out of working out, which is the biggest blocker for when I try to work out on my own (how many sets, how many reps at what weight, etc). They focus on your form and weight progression over time, which has made me way more confident in the gym. I’ve seen so many people of all experiences in the gym, from the super fit to the total beginner. Try it out if you are thinking about it!
