Owner and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Karrie did a great job setting up my whole family with a strength training program that meets our goals. Great coaching and safety. Good equipment.

This place is incredible. I setup equipment to start training at home but wanted to check-in with a coach to make sure I was performing lifts safely and effectively. Carrie was excellent at teaching both me and my wife the basic lifts. Shes very knowledgeable but also knows how to communicate that effectively to beginners. I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in strength training.

I love this gym. Trainer/Owner Carrie is warm and on-it in all things, from getting you started to setting workouts that build you up. And, I like the other people who train here. I can't recommend this gym highly enough.

I have literally never felt more comfortable in a gym. Do yourself a favor---come check it out!A couple years ago, I found ESC through a google search of Starting Strength. I wanted to get stronger and learn how to use barbells. I did a series of one-on-one trainings with Carrie and learned how to squat, press, deadlift & etc. I went off and did my own thing for a while, but now I'm back and relearning the basics. Love the setup and sense of community here. This place is special.Carrie & team are also completely on top of keeping the facility safe in regards to covid. I feel very safe here!

This gym has tons of C2 Rowers for your conditioning, racks for the big lifts, platforms for the Olympic lifts and clean and large bathrooms. The staff and owners are great people.

Carrie and Kathryn are awesome. The other gym-goers are awesome. If you are reading this and considering going to ESC, do it. They did a great job tailoring everything to my goals and my injuries (of which there are a lot). And there were so many different variations to the workouts. I hate going to the gym and they got me going there 4 days a week. That's insane. Only reason I am not still going is I moved to a different state.

Carrie is an excellent personal trainer with a long, solid background in teaching power lifting. If you want to learn or refine your technique this is a great place to go. Very safe and comfortable location for female lifters. Carrie will push you, but won’t take things too far. Highly recommended place to train.

Really great trainers that will take the time to show you the proper way to lift, pinpointing what you may be doing wrong and how to make your workout more effective and safer. The people here are a very welcoming community and have stayed with these trainers for years, even when the gym had to relocate.
