I have been taking workout classes at EFL for the past 2 years and I have seen great results! Not only has my physical strength improved significantly, but my energy levels have also increased. I am grateful to all my amazing trainers for keeping me motivated! Highly recommend!

Coach Kendra & Elevate Fit Life have been an absolute godsend! It's all thanks to Kendra that I was able to accomplish my goals. When I first walked into to EFL and met Coach Kendra, I was flabby and out of shape. I was about to turn 50, and my son had talked me into doing the IronMan 70.3 in Maple Valley Washington. Even just *finishing* the course would've been impossible in the shape that Coach Kendra found me, but after a few months of working with her, I was a new man!! I not only finished that IronMan 70.3, I beat my own goal-times and even crossed the finish line ahead of my 22 year old son!! Kendra is an absolute miracle worker!! I can't recommend her and Elevate Fit Life highly enough. I'm giving 5 stars here, only cuz Google won't let me put 50!

A nice clean and air conditioned space. This is more for class pass users - it's not a super inclusive environment and you can tell they cater better to their regular clients. A stark contrast compared to the other local Bellevue spot classpass spot Shred415 - you feel warmly welcomed. Be sure to get there 15 minutes in advance because they are strict on that policy and will let you deal with classpass which is a bit annoying but understandable.

I've been getting personal training at Elevate Fit Life for a few months now and it has been a great experience! I feel like we're always trying out new exercises and compound movements that really push me to my limits. I've been able to apply what I'm learning to my own personal workouts. Highly recommend Griff as a coach!

I was refer to Elevate Fit Life from a friend and after taking their first free class, I signed up immediately. I love coming to class and feeling challenged every single time. It's always something different. I saw my strength and endurance increase tremendously. The trainers really care about you! They also don't pressure you like other places to meet a "standard of beauty" which I appreciate. Genuine trainers, community and place.Thank you for everything Griff and Dani!

I have been working with Kendra for the past 2 years and it's been terrific. The workouts are challenging and Kendra does a good job customizing it based on your goals. The facilities are really good and well maintained. My only suggestion is to have mirrors so that we can observe form and posture when exercising.

We’ve been coming to Elevate since Dani and Anthony took over about a year ago! It a great place to get a sweat in and challenge your body. Amazing coaches that keep you motivated. It doesn’t matter if your just starting out or completely fit, the workouts can all be adjust to your fitness levels. In addition to group classes, they also offer 1:1 training . If we live closer, we would be taking more classes weekly! I would recommend this gym to anyone, 100%! Thanks for being rockstars Dani and Anthony. Also- Shoutout to Kendra who teaches Friday morning classes which normally fits my schedule. Her classes are upbeat, fun, and definitely will get your sweat on. I've been at EFL for exactly one year, and while I have trained with Dani and Anthony in the past and had a great experience, in this setting my strength has increased more than at any other gym. I really enjoy the variety of options that are available from day to day and week to week, with chin up or pull up training, sled pushing and battle ropes, barbells and hex bars, it keeps it interesting and fun. All of the coaches at EFL keep an eye on each person in class and will come correct your form or give a tip to maximize the effort and protect your back and posture. The workouts can safely push you beyond what you thought you could do and increase your muscle mass and strength, but you can also pull back and work on form and endurance if you're not feeling in peak form that day. I have terrible balance and these classes have helped my body align and communicate with itself much better. I only go twice a week because of travel time, so it's pretty impressive to see these results with only 2 hours a week, I wish I lived closer so that I could go more often.
