Great instruction by Greg, Carlos, Rodrigo, Coach Dynamo and others in Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing and strength training. The gym is very clean and safe. The people I have seen commit to training here achieved better long term results then Proclub membership.

Our teenage boys have been visiting the monkey bar gym for the past 1.5 years. Our family likes the personalized instruction Greg provides focusing on technique, fitness and diet. Our boys feel part of a family and don't feel intimidated training with people 20 years older. Our boys take the conditioning, strength and youth sports classes.

The Monkey Bar Gym is by far the best gym I have ever been too. Training is specific to your needs, abilities, and goals. All of the trainers are top notch. The people that go there are friendly and welcoming. It is quite possibly the only gym I have EVER gone to consistent basis!

As soon as I joined this gym, I was hooked. It quickly become a part of my life.The instructors, professors, and coaches are world class. They actually compete at the national level. Thier lifetime of experience allows them the break down each technique piece by piece. This attention to detail makes training and working out safe and more efficient. They keep you honest, motivate, push just you the right amount.The members are some of the friendliest people I've ever met.Since I started, I lost 20 pounds the first year and have had no problem maintaining the weight, my flexibility and body awareness have significantly improved, and I am literally twice as strong.I can't imagine myself anywhere else.

I've been going to this gym for about two years. Greg is an awesome trainer and really knows his stuff. He is super helpful and always willing to come up with alternative exercises to suit any injury or concern you may have.They also do nutrition plans and measurements and fitness goals to help you continue to achieve results over time. I have tried other gyms in the past, but this has been by far the best and the only one that has kept me motivated to keep coming back and seeing continued results.The atmosphere is also very laid back, there isn't any intimidation or pressure from others, but the trainers will make sure you are doing your best work to see the results.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have had a wonderful experience so far at this gym. Greg is helpful and knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with.Daniel Eng (Coach Dynamo) is a very talented individual and has helped my striking immensely in the last year that I have worked with him.My BJJ attendance has been extra spotty for my own dumb reasons, but the times I have been on the mat have been great. The professors and advanced students have a great attitude and are very interested in helping everyone improve.Great community surrounding it all. I recommend this place, go there and get better at stuff.

I've got to share the news! I just lost 30 lbs here in 2 months and it was fun! The instructors are awesome! These guys have a great rapport with all their students, and have a youth program that my kids just love to go to also! I've been to a lot of gyms, gone through ton of personal trainers, and let me tell you, these guys are probably the most knowledgeable guys I've been to and are just great on motivation! Do yourself a favor and check these guys out, they do everything from kickboxing, to jui jitsu, functional training, boot camps, kettlebells, and a ton more. I love these guys and can't thank them enough!
