Camie is absolutely amazing! I have been working with her for almost a year. She helped me lose weight before my pregnancy and is helping me keep off weight gain during my current pregnancy. She is extremely knowledgeable, pushes you to give your best at each workout and is very warm hearted - the kind of person you are so happy to have in your corner. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

I have trained with Camie for a little longer than 5y. My back health was one of my main concerns initially, and nowadays I can happily say that I barely feel back pain and no more severe muscle spasms for 3 years! I couldn't make it here without Camie's continued insistence to keep me focused and not giving it up.

I've been training with Camie for 2 years now and she's amazing at her job. She does such a great job of being careful of safety and injuries while also always working with you to push towards your fitness goals. She helped me from being completely out of shape, getting winded going up one flight of stairs to running a full marathon and deadlifting 120% of my bodyweight! I highly recommend working with her as she always personalizes your training around your goals and other things going on in your life as well!

Miguel Galvan has been my Personal Trainer for over 3 years. He’s knowledgeable, innovative and always adaptable. If something I’m doing hurts, I let Miguel know and he comes up with an alternative exercise. He provides encouragement and makes things fun with his positive attitude.

The place is awesome and super clean! Great equipment and easy to use at whichever level of fitness you are at. Camie is an incredible personal trainer. Not only is she professional, but her knowledge of body mechanics is top notch. It's actually quite remarkable how she is able watch and correct form for everyone in the room at the same time. There is no fear of getting injured on her watch. She tailors each and every workout to individual needs/injuries/strengths/goals. Camie trains many people of color (myself included.) I have never felt insulted or unsafe in her studio.

I’ve trained with Miguel for about 11 years. He is an amazing trainer. Always positive and motivating. I enjoy spending time with him every week. He has helped me recover from various injuries. He's a good listener and very knowledgeable. And a great guy.

Love working out here. Shaun was recommended to me by his current clients who I know well and I am so glad to have connected with him. He's great at adjusting my routine depending on what sports I want to build muscle for (skiing!), my personal workout goals, or what injuries/soreness I walk in with. He's really encouraging and patient with me, and does a great job balancing building muscle with increasing core strength and balance. Shaun understands and can explain the physiology of how each exercise affects what muscle group, which means when an exercise just isn't working for me he pivots into a different one that targets the same muscle.In addition to Shaun, Miguel and Sue create a really fun environment even when I'm mostly still asleep in the mornings, and are really encouraging even though I'm not their client. Highly recommend!
