Amazing experience at Nova. I would highly recommend for rhythmic gymnasts at every level- beginners, higher levels, and everyone in between!

I pulled my daughter out of class last year, because she told me that when she did something "wrong" (she was five at the time), the teacher would grab her arm hard and use her nails. I saw a purple mark on her arm, and we quit the same day. This year, we are doing other sports at the same facility. I have seen the same teacher (with a different group of girls) yell, tug arms and legs, push girls back on mats, and generally behave like an abusive and scary authority figure. I would really think twice about subjecting your daughters to this treatment. After experiencing it last year, I did not comment. I now see that I was wrong, as the behavior has continued with other children. There is a huge difference between teaching with discipline and teaching with fear.

Had a great time with my sister and my niece at this gym. Such professional, caring and detailed staff! You can tell that each gymnast truly cares so deeply about each of the kids and their progress. I’m seriously flipping out about this place!

I recently revisited this gym and was continually impressed by the professionalism and care for the students demonstrated by all of the staff. The positive, empowering, and respectful environment was shown on both sides in the dynamic between the gymnasts and coaches. Katerina runs her program with a high degree of professionalism, respect, and attention to detail. After working with her for the past 5 years, I can confidently say she is one of the best coaches in the industry.

Katerina runs an excellent program and safety is a top priority. Her coaches are internationally trained, professional, strict yet compassionate and really pay attention to how individual students practice and keep them focused on everything from the warm up to their routines. My daughter looks froward to her practices and has made some good friends. She has also gained discipline, self confidence and a beautiful posture. I highly recommend Nova Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy to any young girl interested in rhythmic gymnastics.

I would like to give no star to this gym. Bad customer service. I was communicating with them by email, after I sent them all my infomation to sign my child up, I asked them to send me invoice, they have no reply no explanation no clarification. End up I took my daughter to another gymnastics academy.

This gym has some goods to it, like professionalism, but the coaches are way to grumpy. It does not provide a safe feeling for children and there is a lot of yelling involved.

This is a FANTASTIC gym !!! The coaches are deeply caring and attentive to all gymnasts, regardless of their age or level - and create a nurturing environment for them to grow. Katya's choreography is some of the BEST in the region, and she is an unparalleled director - always building the menu of future opportunities for her girls, but grounded in the present and bringing her A-game to the day-to-day operations of the gym. On top of that, they have a long-standing track record... I've had the pleasure of witnessing many girls join this gym as curious 4-5 year olds, only to come out the other end as elite gymnasts ready for any challenge in front of them. Grateful to see this rhythmic gymnastics program flourish, carrying the Washington state legacy like no other! Bravo

I have worked as a guest choreographer for this gym and I can say the program is run efficiently and successfully. The coaches are highly trained and understand how to effectively communicate and motivate gymnasts. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a rhythmic program in the Seattle area.

We took a trial class and it was too overwhelming for my daughter. The teacher was speaking in Spanish most of the time which made our daughter feel unwelcoming. I also saw a lot of other kids crying. If the trial class made a kid cry then God knows what will happen later.
