I was interested in potentially joining and wanted to try working out for day before initially joining. Every club I have ever joined over the years has a trial before joining. Not the brand new Bellevue, WA location. They told me that I have to join right then and there, no trial. So, no go... I went someplace else. If they cannot allow me to try before I buy, they don't deserve my business! They have even kept my phone number and keep calling me, even though I have made it clear I am no longer interested. Do not go here!

I had the pleasure of working with Manager V when signing up for the Black Card membership, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Manager V's friendly demeanor and expert guidance made the process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend everyone to seek out Manager V when considering Black Card membership – you won't be disappointed!

I've been there for a while now since it opened and it's been really great. I look forward to my workouts there, and the staff has been very kind and helpful if I had any questions.

Edit: The staff, however, are awesome. Very friendly. There's also one guy who will literally go around and clean all the equipment multiple times a day. I've never seen anyone as diligent with cleaning as this guy, in any establishment, ever. You go guy.This gym shouldn't have opened yet. No air-con? Gym has been closed twice now after original opening and will be closed until next week. Went in the first time for it to be sweltering hot. Fans weren't even on. Had to ask, which although staff was nice about it... Like if there isn't air conditioning, don't you figure you should at least have the fans on?Awful communication. Received emails that it would be closed on Friday and Monday. Showed up today, Tuesday, to find the sign out front edited (drawn on) to say it will be closed until Friday. No email. What a joke.This gym should have STAYED closed until they got their hvac in order, but apparently some dingbat decided they wanted to meet a deadline to look good. This does not bode well for management of the gym as time goes on. It IS the cheapest choice around..But is shows too.

Man, what’s with the harsh reviews? So there was a hiccup with the air conditioning. Oh well, really not a big deal. Was I a little bummed when went there for my workout and the doors were closed? Yes of course. Is it the end of the world and worth writing a one-star review over? Absolutely not.I have been a gym goer for a long time, and an on-and-off again PF black card member. I was very excited to see this location opening and I am not disappointed.Planet Fitness are reliable and you really can’t beat the price. The club is clean and the staff are cool and friendly.The vibe is relaxed and I can work out in peace without worrying about creeps or weirdos (unlike a lot of other gyms).I come here to go hard, do my lifts and leave. It accommodates my needs perfectly.People should spend more time exercising and less time nitpicking.

I've gone every day since opening and the staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Place is nice, clean, spacious and very well lit. Definitely recommended it you're looking for an affordable gym in the Bellevue/Redmond area.

Gym closed this week without any communication. It was supposed to be closed only on Monday, but looks like it's closed for the entire week now. There has been no communication regarding this, the least they could do is notify the members via text message or email. I found out only after going to the gym and seeing the notice on the door.Joined the gym last week and such behavior is not a great customer experience to have.Price is good, all the machines, equipment look new.. so that's a plus point.

Just started going back to the gym. Waited for this to open it is still hands down one of the best deals for gyms I have ever heard of. Still brand new so extremely clean and brand new equipment. Could have less cardio area and a better selection of specialty equipment but overall a great spot and can't wait to continue going here.

This is a large gym with quality weights and machines for training. It’s very clean and the staff are courteous and professional. Specifically, I’d like to mention Jahi who gave me a tour of the facility during my first visit. He attentively asked about my goals and pointed me to areas of the gym which aligned with them. As far as employees go, Jahi is the type of individual we try and find.Ok, now for the bad. The cardio equipment is not good at this gym. The brand is Matrix and the elliptical machines are just not stable. I’m a muscular tall man (6’4 and 280lbs). When I use the Matrix elliptical, it starts to rock back and forth. While doing it, I even had people around me mention it didn’t look safe. Please Planet Fitness, do not make this brand the future standard for your cardio equipment! Other than that, the gym is amazing!

Even though it shows on Google the gym is not open yet. I am standing right in front of it. I can see they have just started setting up the machines. So, I guess it's gonna take atleast 2-3 more weeks before it opens.
