John is excellent to work with; he is incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and tailors programs to your specific needs. I've worked with several trainers over the past few years in the Bellevue and Redmond area, and John is the best personal trainer I've had. As much as I hate exercising, he's really good at keeping me moving and motivated. 😄

I’ve been training John for over 2 years after needing an exercise specialist for in-home services. I had a stroke 13 years back which compromised my left side. In 2020 I had back surgery on my L4-L5. Needless to say I was looking for a trustworthy professional to build me back stronger. What I’m happiest with working out with John is he meets me where I’m currently at and helps me improve my compromised side not just exercise my stronger side. I’m now able to use my stairs, go to the store with my caregiver, and visit my doctors when needed due to improved strength. I’ve had other personal trainers, therapists, and chiropractors in the past and John’s attention to detail and level of technical knowledge continues to exceed my expectations. I can honestly say John is the best personal trainer I’ve worked with.

John has been training me since six months and it’s been fantastic so far. He is thorough, detail oriented and tailors the exercises to your needs. His instructions are something you can remember for life because of the way he explains them with visuals. I would recommend John to anyone who is looking to get started on fitness.

Terrific. The best personal trainer in Bellevue, in my opinion. Unlike other trainers whose 'personalized' workout is a cookie-cutter sheet of exercises that applies to everyone, John offers a truly bespoke experience, customizing my workout to my needs, goals and limitations.

John is the best personal trainer in the Bellevue area. He has had to create workouts around my broken hip, various surgeries as well as chronic issues my old body has dealt with. 1 on 1 in his gym is great and we can really focus on my workouts. I get a unique workout every week. Wouldn't train with anyone else.

I’m a type 1 diabetic who had really poor blood glucose level control. When my wife and I found out that we were expecting, I wanted to take control of my health and be there for my daughter as she grows up. Since I started working out with John, I’ve lost 20 lbs and my blood glucose levels have been amazing. This may be more relevant for diabetics but my last HbA1c was 5.6, the lowest I’ve ever had in my 22 years of being a diabetic :).John is very knowledgeable and explains the technique and reasoning behind each workout thoroughly. His guidance on nutrition and on maintaining a healthy lifestyle has kept me motivated and has had a tremendous effect on my overall health.l’ve had nothing but a positive experience throughout this time.
