A great gym that delivers a daily coach lead group class. A very varied program that can be easily modified to fit all ages and capabilities. The program includes weight training, cardio and a little gymnastics. The content of the class changes daily and is well thought through and balanced. The instructors are very experienced approachable and engaging, who are always available to assist and mentor. The coaches are a real asset. The facilitates are in great condition, well maintained and clean.The best thing about Sasquatch Strength is the people and the community spirit. It’s a very inclusive environment and everyone is super supportive. It’s a fun and welcoming atmosphere, I look forward to dropping in on a daily basis to work out. It’s is truly a 5 star gym and experience.

I’ve been a member for a little over two years now, and I love getting stronger. The programming is the best, the coaches are highly skilled, and we’re spoiled with excellent equipment in a sparkling clean gym. There is also a wide variety of class times, so I can always find a time that works. All that being said, the community is the best part. If you’re brand new to lifting or a seasoned athlete, you’ll find your home here. I don’t think I could ever workout in a traditional gym again.

Sasquatch Strength is amazing and I would recommend to anyone! I joined in Fall 2021 when working from home was taking its toll on my health, fitness and mental well-being. In just a few months my overall health is improved over pre-Covid levels, I’m setting new PRs (at 53 years old!), and always ready for my day ahead. Troy Morse and the coaching staff simply rock. Joined Sasquatch about 8 months ago after working regularly at other local standard all machine, classes etc.. gyms. Was immediately made to feel welcome and introduced safely into the programs and met so many amazing and inspiring people with all different levels of fitness and backgrounds. The Coaches are very attentive and break complex moves down to help understand how to do them before just adding weight. There is a great variety of workouts each day and I feel I have made more progress in the last 8 months than in the last 5 years. Excited to continue my journey and sharing the results.

This is a great gym with knowledgeable coaches and fun community. They have a good atmosphere for beginners and advanced athletes. The programming is well thought out and scaled for every level of fitness. CrossFit has an intimidating reputation but if you're thinking of trying it out then this is the gym to try.

Great box. Nice small classes. 8 people max per class, which means lots of instruction from the coaches. Isaac, the owner, is awesome!

My 13 yo son has been training with Craig Guthrie for the last 7 months to increase strength and stamina for BMX racing. Craig is a phenomenal trainer, motivator, and all around good guy. He even got my son to eat vegetables!

I joined Sammamish Crossfit about 1 year ago and it was the best thing I have ever done!I can honestly say this hand on heart.Prior to joining, i wasn’t really an exercise person, at all.Over the years, I have dabbled in gyms along the way, but never found anything that clicked for me. I just didn’t get it. Or the exercise I got bored with. But the day I went in to SCF that changed for me. Each time I went there was something different to learn, something new to try, and then it was about how hard could I push myself within myself. I love the philosophy, and the coaches have a way that keeps me both motivated, interested and above all - healthy and fit.The coaches are talented and quite different in style but they work extremely well together and with you and are educated in both technique and fitness which means safety is also important and the personal coaching that I have had about even basic things is wonderful.They hold a wealth of knowledge and this is so important I think in todays fitness.Within SCF I have found something that I LOVE, which is both good for my body and soul. I would recommend it to anyone and I often do, I am completely converted!

A brilliant place to work out! The coaches have incredible knowledge and work closely with you to correct any long term bad habbits and make sure you’re doing the work out safely and effectively. I’ve been going to SCF for 1 year now and still learn new things from the coaches every time I go. They are incrediably motivational and positive and that’s also reflected in the people who are also members – we laugh & work hard & it makes walking through the door each time I work out something to look forwad to. I’ve been working out in different gyms for over 20yrs and I’ve never had the results I’ve had in the past year. Would highly recommend checking out SCF.

Just incredible!I've been travelling the west coast and by far, this is the friendliest, most welcoming box I've been to.It's got a good feel, great atmosphere and the coaches are so willing to help it's just unreal.The only drawback is genuinely that I don't live here or I would 100% train here full time.Worth a look, worth the trip, worth every second you can spend there
