FALSE ADVERTISING- SoulCycle classes are now 100% outside, .3 miles from their Bellevue studio. Nowhere on the website does it specify that the classes are outside. If I knew it was an outdoor class, I would not have paid $30 to go. An outdoor class is not the same experience, and not worth the hefty price tag. I showed up this morning at 8:25AM, 5 minutes before the class was going to start. On the door of the studio it had a sign that says "class is now located outside at "this address..". I walked over to the "outdoor studio" in a parking garage, and a lady greets me and directs me over to the make shift front desk. I show up at 8:31 and I explain to them that I didn't know that class was outside and that's why I am showing up right when the class starts. They tell me I am "late" and now cannot join the class. I explained to the manager that nowhere on the website does it specify that the class is online, and that she should let me join the class since I drove 45 minutes to the studio. The manager was extremely unapologetic, and rude. She tried to disprove me by showing me the SoulCycle website, and she quickly turned it off because I was correct. She then proceeded to tell me about the company policy about being "late", which I understand, but in this circumstance I think it is wrong they wouldn't let me join. The least she could have done was let me into the class, which is now just a bunch of stationary bikes in a garage surrounding by metal fences. Please do not go to this overpriced spin studio. There are plenty of better spin studios that are staffed by kind people. Not to mention SoulCycle doesn't offer memberships, and other studios do. This companies needs to DO BETTER.

I LOVE this studio. The people are friendly and I get a solid rave on a bike cardio workout. I leave sweaty, energized, and happy. The vibe is amazing. I call Soul my “church”. Mat is my all time favorite instructor. I also really enjoy April’s classes, and hear Earl is amazing. 25 rides in, and I’m hooked.

Staff was really nice and class was good, it was a full body workout and i really liked how they turn the lights down. But i dont care for how loud the music is. I'm very thankful they offer earplugs but i wish i didnt have to wear them.
