Great workout and wonderful community! I started coming here 3 months ago and I already notice improvements in strength, flexibility and mobility. Instructors are challenging and motivating (and give helpful tips to beginners like me). The studio regulars are fun and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I come all the way from Seattle to practice here. You get a full body workout with Yoga based movements. Celine is amazing and super motivating. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent studio! The studio is spacious, clean & calming. The teachers are exceptional. Lots of classes, both vinyasa flow and vinyasa flow with emphasis on fitness. As someone who likes to practice 4 times a week, the Unlimited auto-renew” is a very good value! I highly recommend it. - Lauré
