Tony has been above and beyond as a trainer and mentor. I came to Tony with your average gym-goer experience who doesn't know much about proper training or diet. Tony has been patient and an incredible coach since day 1. From the moment you talk to this man, you can see how much he loves his work and the people around him. This naturally translates to how much people love him in and outside the gym. Tony helped me lose fat while gaining muscle for my first ever bodybuilding show which I placed 4th. Then, Tony has been helping me with my bulk in which I gained around 50lb in one year while keeping my fat percentage not too high. My overall strength has gone up significantly. From only being able to bench 115lb to 225lb, squatting 135lb to 315lb, and deadlifting from 165lb to 405lb. Furthermore, Tony gives great advice and takeaways from his own personal life lessons. Overall, it is very pleasant to have Tony around as a trainer, a friend, and a mentor. I highly recommend Tony.

I’ve lost about 15lb of fat and gained muscle working out with Tony. Going on strong for a year now and still getting awesome workouts and meal plans that keep things interesting. Have also made some great friends in the group workouts!

I got lucky in my search for a trainer to find one as great as Tony. He is really invested in each of his clients and works with you to achieve your goals. For me, it was a healthy weight gain and I’m very pleased with my progress a year on. He also provides diets and weekly checkins to help keep you accountable and track you’re fitness journey. I’m excited to see my progress as I continue mine!

I’ve been training with Tony for a while now and all I can say is that he’s unbelievable. Your goals are his goals as well. He wants to help you create the best version of yourself and wants to make sure goals are attained. Besides the fitness aspect, he’s just an overall great guy. Very personable, friendly, and respectful.

I started working out with Tony after I gained close to 20lbs from stress eating and working from home for extended hours. With the pandemic, I was only looking for online/ remote programs. I would say this is one of the best decisions I made for self care. We had a consultation to understand what I was looking for and what he can provide before we started. Tony provides specific meal plans and exercise routines to help with weight loss. I am no expert on in-home exercise and I was able to exchange text with him to clarify information or hop on a quick FaceTime call to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. When I struggle with staying on course, he was able to provide the much needed encouragement to keep me going. In 6 months, I was able to lose the 20lbs of extra weight that I gained. I have continued working with him and have been able to keep the weight off over the last year. I am now happier and stronger because of Tony. For anyone who is ready to make a change and invest in yourself, I would highly recommend Tony.

Tony is not only a great trainer but an awesome person. I had a hard time getting motivated to go to the gym and with Tony and the group sessions I did I was actually excited to go! I also so amazing results physically but also mentally! His diet plans left me full and satisfied while also losing the weight I wanted to. There is a method behind his food plans and if you stick to them you will see results. I would recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone, he is so knowledgeable and happy to help you even with the silly questions you may have! I have learn a lot not only about weightlifting but the dieting as well!

My husband and I have been training with Tony for about 7 months now. We originally started with him to get ready for our wedding, he helped me lose about 30 pounds before our wedding day. Tony goes above and beyond for his clients, his meal plans are wonderful. If you are on the fence you won’t regret hiring Tony!!

Been working with Tony since July -- best investment in my health and training. I worked solo to get my weight down but got to a point where needed a push to get to my goal and that's where Tony stepped in.The diet, the workout routine, and overall motivation definitely helps keep me accountable and most importantly see results. Been training with Tony over the last 10 months, and it's been the best thing I've ever done for my health and well being. He brings so much valuable knowledge and expertise to his client/goal specific programming and nutrition, so that I don't have to waste time figuring things out through trial and error. I've been a seasoned lifter before meeting Tony, just never had a great lifting and nutrition program. But after getting started with Tony, I've seen nothing but results.

My partner and I started training with Tony in the middle of summer. We both have little to no experience training with a professional so we were a little hesitant at first. All those hesitations left as we met with Tony and the progress we have made with him. He is very transparent, honest, and holds you accountable (as a good coach should!). His programs are simple enough to maintain and make going to the gym less painful. We have seen our strength and physique improve in just a few weeks! We are so happy we found Tony and can't wait to continue putting the work in.
