The coaches that hey have hired, to the nutritional coaches that provide a variety of menus and options for meal planning. This gym has been a huge blessing to myself and many others.

It could be better, depending on where you play volleyball on court has the ceiling lower and a basketball board lower also

I have been in their indoor basketball court. The court itself is decent, however there is a strong smell of paint at least since last several weeks. Think about it, you inhale those chemical particles into your lung in every breath. I'm not a big fan of it.

Came here few times for kid karate test. Parking seems limited but gym/ auditorium is big.
