I've known Sensei Eddie For 9 years great Trainer....No other place id rather go to than Risk Fitness Center ...Friendly Environment....Clean Dojo..... I have learned alot ...My Son has been training with Eddie since he was 6 ....now a 15 year teen well Trained by his Coach Eddie

I started here with a groupon I found online but little did I know I was gonna get so much more than a 1 shot class. I joined the kickboxing class, Eddie really pushed us to our personal limitations and always encouraged us with strong positive words. Really great class and environment. Would recommend to others.

Eddie is a great trainer. He will push you to do your best but he also knows your limits. If you stick with him you will get the results you are looking for guaranteed. I’ve known Eddie for 5 years now and there isn’t a trainer that can compare.

I started at this gym in April weighing at 260. After 7 months I'm now at 215 and I feel amazing. Sensai Eddie Is no joke, he cares about your health and has the best intentions in getting you in the best shape of your life. I love this gym so much I literally travel from Anaheim to Bellflower. On top of my health I'm learning to defend myself with Systematic RISK MMA, I'm definitely thankful for this gym and encourage anyone to join.

Risk fitness is the best gym around especially for kids. I have checked out many gyms around the area. My son is 10 and he is learning so many different fighting self defense techniques (MMA). Sensei Eddie is the best he works with everyone from the oldest to the youngest. Risk fitness is also very affordable otherwise I wouldn’t be able to put my son in this gym.

Awesome place to learn all aspects of MMA without the high prices of big name brand gyms. Definitely recommend it and more personalized teaching then being a number.

Eddie is the best trainer, truly if you want to learn he will teach you. Before coming her, i felt awkward and uncomfortable going to the gym yet coming here I feel strong and capable.
