Since it re opened after the pandemic, I have seen much more cleaning occurring. Staff is friendly and not as packed. There are new machines now and has improved.

Horrible. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST ! Terrible, rude, and nasty behavior from employees. The manager there as well is terrible ! Really, He did not try to find a solution about his employees behavior towards my mom. My mom doesn't speak English so I feel like he really was discriminating her. And the female worker with pink hair ! OMG.! The worst employee ever ! I can express it enough of this nasty behavior towards there customers! Judgement free place ? WRONG ! they were very judgemental and felt like they were really discriminating towards my mom just because she doesn't speak English! The manager didn't want to hear my mother out as I was trying to translate for him since he doesn't speak Spanish. He just sided with his employee that was very rude towards my mom and even followed her all the way to the restroom !?! UNEXPECTEABLE ! Please stay away from her as much as possible !! Wish I can speak to someone higher than the club manager !

If I can give a zero star, I would ! Unacceptable service. Very rude girl with pink hair and other workers that were there with her. Such bad service I can't express it enough ! Very rude towards my mother. Everytime my mom and I would go and that same female all the time always asking for ALL MY INFO! she would already have it and would still ask for all of it. My mom and I were going towards the restroom. And the girl really had the nerve to FOLLOW US all the way to the restroom. She was disrespectful, rude, and had no type of good customer service along with the other male workers with her. And the manager didn't even want to hear my mom out and quickly sided with her worker. Which I understand but as a manager he should let my mom speak which he didn't even allow. Terrible overall. Really no worth spending my money or energy in this place.

Great gym to get a work out at they have great membership prices.

Was just in there tryn to charge my phone after I was asked by the manager I think... if I was using the chair .I had just finished then wanted to charge my phone . . I just want a smooth experience while I have a gym membership.. going threw a housing situation that's all ...I pay my membership only a couple employees will get a tip from me . .after all this is over with .. come on January !!!!!! My patience is wearing thin .

Try to bring my son to gym but Alex told me he cant come in .i guess he too young but he tall and bigger than Alex..

the best times to come though is late night when there aren't many people

The bellflower planet fitness is a good clean gym. They recently added counters and timers on most machines which I think can be helpful. The gym has all the basic machines you need to get a good pump.
