A Personal View is the place to go if you want safe, effective personal training. Patti Guarino has been my trainer for over eight years. Her enthusiastic coaching inspires me. I just finished a 150 mile trek. I'm not getting younger but I am fitter!

I have been benefitting from exercising with Patti for almost two years. As a 65-year-old woman I've seen my balance and strength improve immensely. Better yet, I have increased confidence across a range of activities (e.g., downhill skiing, hiking, cycling) resulting in ongoing fitness improvement from these activities as well! I highly recommend working with Patti at least twice per week for optimum results. Bonus: She is a delightful person who clearly tailors the exercises to the individual.
