Great gym I always felt comfortable there. Quite a range of members. I even did a zumba class one time. Not my cup of tea necessarily but the owner was really generous in letting us try each class for free once to see if we would like it. The sauna is great, nice locker rooms.I didn't cancel my membership for months after I stopped going in favor of a yoga membership (which has always been my preferred workout) because I thought it would be difficult (phone call, mailing a letter etc.) Turns out its super easy to cancel via an email with 30 days notice. 30 days notice seems a bit unnecessary to me. Seems like upon receipt of my email they could cancel right away right before my next billing.

Good gym with a large selection of equipment especially for the price! Pretty busy during peak times but what gym isn't. One thing to note is that when you cancel your membership you'll have to pay for the next month and will have gym access for that next month as well. So just keep that in mind when you go to cancel. Overall this is a good gym to go to.
