My Fiancé has been going to this gym for about 2 years.He goes to the gym for about 2-3 hours a day he's all about building up that muscle, He loves it! I've just started this year and the staff are so friendly and are always there to help. Jackie is always helping me out with my routine and form! She's awesome!!

Staff is wonderful. They make you want to better yourself. Classes are offered at numerous times and days to fit any schedule. The gym is clean, I am a bit of a germ freak but use the equipment with confidence.

I’ve been coming to this gym for several years now. I think this is the best gym you could choose, of the many in the area. The staff are helpful and want to help you with your fitness goals. It’s clean and the patrons are even friendly and most are their to workout, not socialize. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS GYM!If their were a 10 star rating I would give it the highest!!! Plus it’s finacially reasonable. You can’t beat their prices and service.

I love this gym. Was a member years ago and I now have come back. They offer numerous classes offered at different times and different styles. Staff is always friendly and always have smiles on their faces and willing to help you at any times.

My all time favorite gym! Locally owned and operated. The staff is down to earth and friendly. The owner is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of health and fitness. The classes are awesome for all people regardless of fitness level. The environment is safe and comfortable.

I've been going for a year now and I've never felt out of place. I go at night and it's never too crowded. Sometimes we are lucky enough to have the entire gym to ourselves. It's definitely got an old school feel that I absolutely love it. If you're looking for a welcoming place without drama or scrutiny this is the place for you.

Got this gym recommended by a friend of mine. Awesome gym, owner and staff are very friendly. Theres a little bit for everyone at this gym. Plenty of treadmills, bikes and ellipticals, boxing bag, tanning, lots of machines, cable machine, dumbell rack that goes to 130 lbs. Lots of floor space. Has a general old school feeling to it that I love. Highly recommend this gym to anyone.
